OUR STORY
Two bakeries.
One standard.
What started in our family kitchen is now two bakeries, one on St Denys Road in Southampton and one on the High Street in Gosport. The same process and the same care at both, every single morning.
Everything is slow fermented, shaped by hand and baked fresh daily, with no shortcuts at either shop. Our sourdough starter has been fed and looked after for over six years, and a little of it goes into every loaf we make.
Tamas and Angela founded the bakery and run it today. The baking itself is now in the hands of our team, the people who are in before first light so the bread and pastries are ready the moment the doors open. We bake for our community and we are proud of what we make. We hope you can taste it.
