Olive & Sun-dried tomatoes Sourdough bread
A Mediterranean-inspired sourdough packed with whole olives and sun-dried tomatoes throughout the crumb. The olives give a savoury, briny depth while the tomatoes add a concentrated sweetness and colour. Fantastic with good olive oil, torn and shared at the table, or as the base for an open sandwich.
