Our signature loaf. White sourdough made with strong bread flour, water, salt, and our starter — nothing else. The crust is deep and crackly, the crumb is open and slightly chewy, and the flavour has that clean sourdough tang that only comes from proper slow fermentation. This is the loaf that started everything at BEK.
