Salted caramel cruffin
Half croissant, half muffin. We roll our laminated croissant dough into a spiral and bake it in a special cruffin mould, so you get all the flaky layers of a croissant in a tall, crunchy, golden shape. Then we fill the centre with smooth caramel, top it with more caramel and finish with sea salt flakes. Sweet, salty and buttery in every bite.
