Dark chocolate and pistachio cream wrapped in layers of flaky pastry. The combination of bitter chocolate and fragrant pistachio is one of those pairings that just works. Baked fresh daily — the pastry stays crisp on the outside and soft in the centre for a few hours after baking.

 

Ingredients

Dough: Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], water, salt, sugar, yeast, vegetable oils and fats, emulsifiers, natural flavour. Filling: pistachio syrup [sugar, water, natural flavourings, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), colour (copper chlorophyllin), thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate)], lentil protein preparation, palm fat, rapeseed oil, sugar, modified corn starch, emulsifiers, stabilisers, natural flavourings, salt, colour (beta-carotene), pistachio nuts. Chocolate: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.
