Pistachio pain au chocolate
Dark chocolate and pistachio cream wrapped in layers of flaky pastry. The combination of bitter chocolate and fragrant pistachio is one of those pairings that just works. Baked fresh daily — the pastry stays crisp on the outside and soft in the centre for a few hours after baking.
