The classic, done with care. Our croissant is made with laminated dough that gets folded many times to build the layers that make a proper croissant. The outside is deeply golden with a shattering crisp crust. The inside is soft, honeycomb-like, and slightly buttery. Baked fresh every morning — as good as it gets.

 

Ingredients

Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], water, salt, sugar, yeast, vegetable oils and fats (shea butter, coconut oil, rapeseed oil), emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin), acid (citric acid), natural flavour.
