Made with ancient grain spelt flour, this sourdough has a gentler, slightly sweeter flavour than our white loaves. The crumb is open and tender, the crust has a good crack to it, and the natural fermentation gives it complexity without being overly sour. A firm favourite for those who want something a little different.
