Bread

Just strong bread flour, water, salt and our starter: the loaf that started it all at BEK.

Naturally fermented focaccia, pillowy and light, topped with jalapeños and smoky harissa.

Our classic sourdough with pumpkin seeds pressed into the crust and through the crumb.

A crackly crust, an airy crumb and a clean, slightly tangy flavour from slow fermentation.

A Mediterranean inspired sourdough packed with whole olives and sun dried tomatoes through the crumb.
