Olive and sun dried tomato sourdough

Time for another spotlight on our bread, and this time it's our olive and sun dried tomato sourdough.

This Mediterranean inspired loaf is packed with whole olives and sun dried tomatoes throughout the crumb. The olives give a savoury, briny depth while the tomatoes add a concentrated sweetness and colour.

We think it tastes fantastic with a good drizzle of olive oil, torn and shared at the table, or as the base for an open sandwich. Have you had it yet?
