Salted Caramel Cruffin

Fresh out this week: our Salted Caramel Cruffin, and it might just be our best layer work yet.

We take our signature croissant dough, the same one that goes into everything laminated we bake, and twist it into that cruffin shape: dozens of thin, flaky layers baked until golden and crisp. Inside, a rich salted caramel cream, and on top a generous drizzle of salted caramel running through every swirl, so you get that hit of sweet and salty in every bite.
