Our Fruit Danish, reworked with croissant pastry

New week, new pastry, and this one's a reinvention.

Our Fruit Danish is back, but completely reworked. We've swapped the base for our croissant pastry dough: lighter, flakier and packed with more layers than before. The result is a Danish that's genuinely lighter to eat, with the flavour shining through instead of getting lost in heavy dough.

Fresh strawberries, a silky lemon cream and a delicate dusting of icing sugar to finish. If you loved the old version, you're going to love this one even more.
