Our cruffin is shaped like a muffin but built with layers of croissant dough, then rolled generously in cinnamon sugar straight from the oven.

The outside caramelises beautifully while the inside stays soft and easy to pull apart, making it the perfect morning treat or afternoon sugar fix.
