Twice baked almond croissants

Weekend treat time.

Our almond croissants are twice baked, filled with rich almond frangipane and finished with flaked almonds on top. The second bake gives the pastry a deeper colour and a firmer, more caramelised texture than a standard croissant.

One of the great classic bakery pastries, and one of our best sellers for a reason.
