Gluten free sourdough: thank you for waiting

Thank you for waiting for us.

Almost every day, someone asks when the gluten free sourdough is coming. Many of you have gone years without a really good loaf of bread, and we think about that every time we bake a test loaf.

So we haven't rushed it. We've baked and tasted and started again, and it's very close now. Just a couple of small things left, and then it's ready for you.
