New: the Nutella Twist

Something new from the bakery this week: our Nutella Twist.

We make it with our puff pastry, spread a layer of Nutella through it and twist each one by hand. In the oven the layers puff up and open, and the Nutella melts into every turn. A light dusting of icing sugar on top, nothing more.

It's a simple one, and that's what I like about it. Crisp on the outside, soft and chocolatey in the middle, and it pulls apart in long flaky strips.
