Our sourdough focaccia gets a serious kick. We press our naturally fermented dough until it's pillowy and light, then top it generously with sliced jalapeños and smoky harissa before it goes into the oven. The edges crisp up beautifully while the inside stays soft and airy. Tear it, dip it, or eat it straight from the bag. Either way, it's gone quickly.

 

Ingredients

Dough: Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], water, salt, olive oil. Topping: jalapeños, harissa paste (red peppers, water, dried spice mix [paprika, garlic, cayenne, cumin], salt, rapeseed oil, grape vinegar, chilli).
