Honeycomb Croissant
Our flaky, slow laminated croissant dough, filled with a honeycomb spread made with demerara sugar. In the oven the sugar melts and caramelises into crunchy, golden honeycomb pockets inside every layer. Sweet, buttery and crisp. Best eaten warm on the day.
