Slow-fermented with our sourdough starter, the natural acidity of the dough balances the sweetness of the fruit perfectly. The crust cracks open to reveal a soft, open crumb studded with texture in every slice. Brilliant toasted with a little something on top, or eaten straight from the bag.

Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamine (B1)], water, sourdough (fermented wheat flour, water), raisins, mixed peel [orange peel (40%), lemon peel (10%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)], walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, mixed spice [cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves], salt.
