Flat Croissant with nuts
A croissant pressed flat and baked with a topping of roasted mixed nuts and golden caramel. The pressing gives a denser, chewier texture than a standard croissant while the caramel sets into a thin, brittle layer on top. Sweet, nutty, and deeply satisfying with a coffee.
