Cinnamon bun

Soft, fluffy dough with a proper cinnamon sugar filling swirled through every layer. The dough is enriched and pillowy — it pulls apart beautifully. The cinnamon caramelises slightly in the oven and the whole thing smells incredible as it bakes. One of the most comforting things we make.
