Cinnamon bun
Soft, fluffy dough with a proper cinnamon sugar filling swirled through every layer. The dough is enriched and pillowy. It pulls apart beautifully. The cinnamon caramelises slightly in the oven and the whole thing smells incredible as it bakes. One of the most comforting things we make.

Home delivery arrives between 4am and 9am, so your bread is already at the door when you wake up. Just right for fresh toast or school sandwiches.
No need to be in and we never knock or ring. Like the milkman, we pack your order in a tied bag and hang it on your front door handle, or leave it in the safe place you give us at checkout (porch, side gate, doorstep).
