Dark chocolate wrapped in layers of golden, flaky pastry and baked until perfectly crisp. We use proper dark chocolate that melts into the centre as it bakes — not too sweet, with a slight bitterness that makes it genuinely interesting. Baked fresh every morning at BEK.
