Blueberry bostock
Our Bostock starts as a thick slice of sourdough brioche, then gets soaked in orange syrup, spread with almond frangipane, and scattered with blueberries before going back in the oven. The result is something between a pastry and a tart, crisp on the outside, custardy within, and bursting with fruit. A real bakery treat.

Home delivery arrives between 4am and 9am, so your bread is already at the door when you wake up. Just right for fresh toast or school sandwiches.
No need to be in and we never knock or ring. Like the milkman, we pack your order in a tied bag and hang it on your front door handle, or leave it in the safe place you give us at checkout (porch, side gate, doorstep).
