Blueberry bostock
Our Bostock starts as a thick slice of sourdough brioche, then gets soaked in orange syrup, spread with almond frangipane, and scattered with blueberries before going back in the oven. The result is something between a pastry and a tart — crisp on the outside, custardy within, and bursting with fruit. A real bakery treat.
