Belgian Bun
A British bakery classic, made our way. We make it from our own laminated croissant dough, rolled up with tangy lemon cream and sultanas, so every bite is flaky and buttery, not bready. Finished with a thick layer of white icing and a glacé cherry on top. Sweet, fruity and nostalgic, perfect with a cup of tea.
