The best of both worlds. Our Cinnamon Cruffin is shaped like a muffin but built with layers of croissant dough, then rolled generously in cinnamon sugar straight from the oven. The outside caramelises beautifully while the inside stays soft and pull-apart tender. One of our most popular morning treats  and for good reason.
