Almond Croissant
Twice-baked croissant filled with rich almond frangipane and finished with flaked almonds on top. The second bake gives the pastry a deeper colour and a firmer, more caramelised texture than a standard croissant. One of the great classic bakery pastries — and one of our best sellers.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], water, salt, sugar, yeast, vegetable oils and fats (shea butter, coconut oil, rapeseed oil), emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin), acid (citric acid), natural flavour, almond, almond flakes, vanilla essence, almond essence (water, monopropylene glycol, colour plain caramel, flavourings).
